it's more encouraging diba?
As I've said earlier, I dance as if I'm playing, I've tried many types of dance, like interpretative dance,Hip-Hop,jazz,and a bit of ballroom. But Cheering is my dream and when the opportunity comes I was not that ready when our school decided to open an audition my self esteem goes down, and negatives thoughts bombarded me. And I think that cheering or pep squad don't suites me. But when the time that I'm ready eh un ung time na magttransfer na ko.
When I transferred here in manila I thought my dream will be just only a dream. Until I found that every year FCI (my school) launches sports fest and in each department should have their cheering squad. My first year in the said school I only observed the performance of each delegates and I was like " OOHh cool, ma try nga next year."
And so that day comes, I'm really excited to perform again for almost a year and a half I'm going to perform again and take note my dream dance and particularly i want the position of flyer why? Just an experiment I want to know how it feels to be thrown away knowing that the person down is going to catch me ..^.^
my friends and classmate know how excited I am to dance,(diba guys? hihi) and so our first night of practice we are all girls but the first was enjoyable.
next we practiced with the lifter wherein Pol and Gerald are my lifter and Marcgh and Manel are the spotter.. At first it was hard to control your balance because of course it's my first time but I learned how be relaxed thanks to my team hihi ^.^
everytime we practice the more pressure we are, we are so rushed that we only have
two weeks to prepare for the competition, costumes, props, everything all in a rushed
but the spirit of the determination burns inspite of all problems still we really want to compete "lalo na ako!! gusto ko talaga ituloy!"
nonstop practicing, thirst, exhausting ahh we experience and the scold of our choreographer hay, imagine that with matching school works to be done! san kapa? but we endure this one just to have fun right guys? and so the day of the competition comes today we just dance and give the people the best shot although the last part of our lifting collapses because of the wrong balancing, but all in all it's beautiful hihi ^.^.
We just finished the cheering in just 8 days can you imagine that? HIHI ^.^ can't believe it but it's true hihi ^.^EH panu pag nakapagprepare pa kami? hihi Just kidding!
by the way just want to say all the L.A. cheering squad win or lose I enjoyed everything.. hihi

here's Manel one of the spotter she is also our muse.. during our practices she is always forget the steps and always asking " anu kasi ung susunod na steps?" but you know what, during our performance she never ask for the next step. She dances very graceful.. hihi nice one Manel! Thank you also for not giving up...

Gerald We met before because we used to be classmate in section B. now that I'm in section A, I do miss the times when the boys of section B including you singing my name in the crowd "SOOOOOOOOMMMMMOOOOOO!" hihi ^.^ and I feel sorry for your hand that everytime you will lift me up your hand aches and I feel guilty whenever my movement is wrong that we have to repeat it all over again .. so sorry!! nice working with you bud!
