BLESSEDday Confession #9 - Performer outside the stage

This would be the worst days that actually I don't want to encounter and feel.
But I don't have the power to get rid of this situation in short I have to stay
like this permanently, I guess because of my chosen field. " I WANT TO SLEEP!!" hihi ^.^ I'm doing this confession while I'm in duty at the Hospital of course am not bringing any gadgets. I'm holding my new pen and a small notebook. I guess I can write on the mood to write confessions while I'm in the middle of my school work. The days that I'm actually free to write are being used for me to rest and get enough sleep. The tendency I'm meeting up with my dream boy in my dreams rather than writing many confessions. hihi ^.^ kidding aside.

well, enough of that, my confession will start.....now...

My passion in performing still on going, eventhough my chosen field is far different from performing on stage , the passion still burns in my heart.


God's wonderful works. He allowed me to share what I've gone thru my experiences in theatre. Some of my friends here in Caritas ( my school) are taking up RIZAL (life and works of Rizal) the National Hero of the Philippines. (FYI) wherein one of the requirements is making a short play about the book of what Rizal has wrote. My friend asked me who's taking up Rizal if I can manage /direct their group. without any hesitation I agreed. without asking anything in return. Teaching them such a big honor. since, it's my first time to facilitate a play or workshop, I don't want to take any payment for that.

So I prepared a lesson plan for the workshops. I also prepared lots of activity for them not to get bored. I made everything so organized and take note, I rehearsed in front of the mirror just to look convincing. hihi..^.^
The night before the workshop I did the most important tool that I'll be using in the entire workshop. PRAY

I asked for God's wisdom and courage to do it, and also thanking Him for the abilities vested in me. And for the talents that I'll be sharing with them.



WORKSHOP DAY


It all started with a prayer. After that, everything went well, we enjoyed every moment, what made more blessed? was the participants willingness to learn. then the laughter has been scattered all over the room.

After whole day activity I ask them if they learned something all of them said yes. (I hope so) and we ended with a small words of wisdom of mine and a prayer. After that we went to Agnes' house to eat.

I have found new friends to treasures. GLAD TO KNOW THEM EACH. ^.^
